Service Cancellation

Trixelariz provides interior décor and styling services. If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service:

Consultation Services

Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Design Services

For ongoing design projects, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced, and any deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

Product Returns

If Trixelariz sources products on your behalf, return policies will depend on the individual supplier or retailer. We will provide you with return information for any products purchased through our services.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Follow our instructions for returning the item
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund amounts may be reduced by:

  • Any damage or wear beyond normal handling
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Restocking fees, if applicable

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or styles, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt, and items must be in original condition.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when possible.
